Unfortunately the Heart Diseases are not covered under the list of specified diseases.

But as per budget 2018 amendment, starting F.Y. 2018-19 you may be able to claim the deduction upto Rs. 50000 per year u/s 80D for the expenses incurred on medical treatment of the senior citizen (if the patient is not covered with health insurance)
