I have invested in monthly SIP mutual funds.
For investment proof submission which documents are required.
Bank statement or any SIP payment receipt?

    Ask a folio account statement for your ELSS from the fund house. You can submit this statement as a proof of your investment in ELSS.

    The documents required for SIP MF are:-
    A. Identity proof: PAN card,
    B. An address proof: Driving licence/bank statement/utility bill
    C. A passport size photograph and
    D. Your bank account cheque book. The cheque book will come handy to provide your bank details.
    E. Confirm your present existence through an In-person verification (IPV)

    The Mutual fund would have sent you mail attaching your investment details. That details would be sufficient as your deduction claim. Although, with the return, nothing needs to be submitted.
