What to do if tax was deducted but final tax liability turns out to be zero or lower than TDS?
In such a case, the payee can claim the refund of entire/excess amount of TDS (as the case may be) by filing the return of income.
You should file your annual tax return declaring all your income earned for the F.Y. and taxes deducted at source. You can get the refund of all the excess taxes deducted at source.
